Lauren Talio is a New York–based property advisor and creative strategist whose work sits at the intersection of real estate, design & storytelling.

Over the past decade, she has helped shape businesses, hospitality concepts and residential projects across Los Angeles, New York & Palm Beach. As a licensed real estate salesperson, her approach is rooted in the belief that a home is not simply a financial asset, but a reflection of how we want to live.

Lauren is leading the launch of Fantastic Frank New York, establishing the internationally recognized brokerage's North American flagship and bringing its design-led perspective to the New York market.

She is also pursuing an MFA in Fiction at Columbia University.
